Today we are talking about how to line the lips and apply lip stick. You must always make sure that you use the same lip liner and lip stick to prevent lip "bleeding". Both colors must always blend. One of the biggest mistakes we make is having 2 contrasting colors. For example using black liner on red lip stick! Big mistake.
HOW TO APPLY THE LIP LINER CORRECTLY:
Make the lips clean by exfoliating and moisturizing them. The soft tooth brush may be used to exfoliate the dead skin. Then the lip balm is used on it to make them soft and hydrated.
The lip pencil or lip liner is used to define the shape and size of lips.
The color of the lip liner used is darker in shade as compared with the lipstick shade. In thin lips the outline is slightly outward to the lip line to make them fuller.
Start drawing from the center of the upper lip and then toward the corners.
Not to forget the edges of the lip corners.
Put some foundation and powder to the lips.
HOW TO APPLY THE LIPSTICKS:
Apply the lipstick with lip brush or with the tube.
The lipsticks are applied usually with the brush to make them smooth
Run the brush on the lipstick from side to side so that the excess of the lipstick is applied on it. Start to apply the lipstick from the center and then toward the corners.
The upper lip first and then the lower lip.
Blot the excess with tissue paper or blotting paper.
Apply some powder to stay it long.
Now apply the coat of lipstick on it again or the eye shades which coincide with the lipstick shade may be used.
